In vitro study | GS-7340 has potent anti-HIV activity with an IC50 of 0.005 μm. The half-lives of GS 7340 at 37 ° C. In human plasma and MT-2 cell extracts were 90 minutes and 28.3 minutes, respectively. Liver uptake of GS 7340 can be promoted by OATP1B1 and OATP1B3, respectively. GS-7340 is converted to a pharmacologically active form-after TFV-DP, HBV reverse transcriptase is inhibited. |
In vivo study | In male beagle dogs, GS 7340 (10 mg/kg, p.o.) enhanced distribution to lymphoid tissues. |
